Biggest challenges team managers face with remote hiring

We recently began surveying team managers about their plans for remote hiring in 2021 and I thought it would be useful to share some answers to one of the most thought-provoking questions: "If we could wave a magic wand to make your remote hiring process better in some way – what would that be?"
