hey mate! as a founder, it's often not just one thing, you know? but if i had to pick: it's the mental game. balancing optimism with realism. managing self-doubt, yet staying driven. there's also the loneliness of decision-making. it's on you. always. then there's prioritizing. everything seems urgent and important. learning to say no, even to good opportunities, is crucial. and relationships – they change. with growth, with failures. staying connected, genuine, and kind amidst the chaos? that's hard. but through all this, let’s remember: every challenge is a lesson in disguise. let’s keep learning, keep growing. much respect to all founders out there. it's a ride. 🚀

@shajedulkarim_ Perfectly said. One thing that I want to add, is that, yes, somebody can achieve more or less, but the fact that the founder is on this journey it's already a great job. Realizing this will help to achieve emotional intelligence.

The biggest challenge as a founder is uncertainty. You're constantly making decisions with limited information, and you never know for sure what's going to happen. This can be both exhilarating and terrifying.

@eliza_crescini Exactly. I think one of the biggest mistakes that founders make, is to ignore the lean methodology. When it comes to learning, measuring and building. Building something without learning and measuring it's impossible to make the right decisions and build something valuable for the people.

Hi As non-technical founder it is even more challenging, but a great learning experience. ⭐engaging a software development company to develop your idea, dealing with challenges of the development progress,. ⭐what you thought might work like that cannot work like that ⭐having second thoughts about your idea if it will work ⭐didn't account for sales funnels, marketing ⭐dealing with finding product market fit ⭐working hard to find that paying client but all in all it is the journey of a tech entrepreneur, you do it
