I'm curious how people have gone about setting up user interviews, especially early days when you don't have many users. How have you gone about recruiting people for insights and feedback?

Find out what your target customers want by posting on forums and communities. Sometimes you don't need a formal interview, you can just DM people and ask them a few questions. Also just reading past posts and comments will reveal a lot of hidden insights. Good luck!
