Hello Everyone, since one of my focus areas is environmental psychology and workplace strategy, I thought I might help by answering your questions about designing a good workplace - whether at home or your company office.

Edit: thank you for your reply! I think I can get all of the above from pricebuster com website since they don't have very high prices and I don't have most of what you listed, so I'm only happy to save money.

@grozza Well, that really depends on what you do. But I would definitely recommend having a full workstation setup if you work with a computer - meaning a good-sized monitor, keyboard, and a mouse. I would save laptop work without those peripherals for travel and meetings, as it's pretty damaging to your spine and wrists. A good chair is also important. You can get the Markus model from IKEA, for example, it's quite respected and has a good price.
