How the LLMs have changed the hiring domain?
I'm building tidyhire (https://www.producthunt.com/upco...) which makes it easy to find candidates online and contact them with ChatGPT-powered, hyper-personalized messages.

I remember belog.co which claimed to use AI to write contextual Emails to candidates, which worked for a while initially and then failed to fascinate.
But with real AI in place, I guess filtering of candidates and reaching-out-to-them will be breeze.
One use-case I strongly look forward to is `Candidate Filtering`. Ability to extract all unknown information about the candidate which cannot be captured via Resume / Linkedin / Github. Best of candidates build amazing things in the current jobs, which goes unpublished.
