are you ready to work with Ukrainian recruiters?

I recently heard the opinion of an IT specialist that Ukrainian recruiters are very “intrusive” and too “pushy”. When you refuse them, they do not disappear, but ask additional questions, such as what type of job you want, what products you are interested in, what are the main points that are important to you when choosing an employer. But is it bad? Recruiting is about sales. Sales of the employer’s company, vacancies, product ideas, better conditions, etc. Here, the first “no” may mean that you did not sell well, or did not find the objections or doubts that you need to work with in order to interest and “sell” after all. There will always be time to refuse, but you need to know why this time “no” means “no”. Therefore, of course, you can’t write “maybe you changed your mind” or “please, I have nothing to eat” 😁 But if the recruiter approaches his work professionally, then after the first no without explaining why, he will definitely not let go, because tomorrow that “assertive” best seller of the month will simply convince the same specialist to apply for the same vacancy, because he asked the right question, or the candidate was in the right mood. And how do you think? Do you have to be “assertive” if you work in sales?
