I'm a mix of both. I enjoy mornings for nature walks and exploring, but I'm more productive at night when studying. It's all about finding the right balance for different activities.

Night person and I feel very lucky to own my own business. I wouldn't easily adapt to 9-5 common company life

I'm actually both. I don't sleep a lot. I'm up all night primarily, often doing my 'meditation'. I pick and choose when it's necessary to sleep. :-)

Morning. I don't really enjoy getting up early, but I don't have any difficulty doing it. And I have trouble working or focusing later at night.
