We're launching tomorrow, so crossing our fingers 🤞🏼
From what we've heard, it depends on your goal:
→ Do you want to reach #1-3 on Product Hunt?
→ Or do you want to maximize impressions?
If you want to rank, common sentiment is to launch on the weekends.
If your goal is reach, ranking close to the top M-Th will get you more impressions.

@brian_yip I gave my thoughts on the product page. Kudos looks very useful! I am building a fully-automated startup incubator called UpNation. We are a little away from launch but we are collecting early users and feedback now over here - https://www.upnation.co/

@brian_yip cheers! any initial thoughts on UpNation from what you've seen?
From what I've noticed, Saturday is really empty, with under 20 product launches on average and just a few discussions.
@chris_sarca interesting. And would you say that each weekday is about the same?
@aignise Usually weekends are slow, Sunday seems to be a chill but not empty day to launch a product, as for the other days of the week, Monday through Friday are pretty busy around, especially Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, as for Friday, it's similar to Sunday and Monday, with potential to get hotter sometimes.

I've found that there's definitely peaks and valleys. Meaning somedays where there's lot of engagement and others where it's more mute. This is probably the case for most niche platforms.
