Are Community Managers here? :)

Question

I'm quite new in this area and would love to hear your tips and advice on the first steps. We're a SaaS service providing widgets for websites and I'm building a Facebook group for our customers to have a place for experience exchange and sharing ideas.

I'll be extremely grateful for any hints regarding useful resources, articles, courses that could help me as a new-born Community Manager 🙂
