Our relaunch is tomorrow so I guess we'll see if this is good advice or not haha, but we're focusing on how the changes we've made combat a real problem we've observed.

@thestarkster Thanks for this. This, indeed is a great tip, customer voice really played a lot on our product improvements. Still, there are few bits and pieces that will be improved along the way and we'll get there soon.
