Any best practices suggestions for finding a UX Design collaborator for a idea phase startup?

I have a background in startup (including fundraising) but my skills do not include UX Design nor Prod Mgmt. The honest truth is I'm kinda stuck atm since I am unable to do a visual walk-through of my product concept for investors. Ideally, I could meet someone who is passionate about creating startups and is able to apply their current UX Design skills to enable me take my startup project from Idea/Napkin phase to a clickable demo via Figma. I am not looking for contractors or agencies.
