Agile working methods

I prefer to take an agile approach when it comes to how I handle my business & work projects. However, I can appreciate it's not for everyone/ every team.

I think it is not about us as a person but about what we are trying to accomplish. Some projects don't need any of the agile methodologies. To answer your question, Agile is good for everyone but not for every project.
