ABSURD First Law letter

Today we received a letter from an attorney about our company should suspend WISHCAST name everywhere cause it is similar to some app that has a trademark on the common in English language word. The absurd is - we haven't even launch the App yet; we have an absolutely different product; how that even possible to expropriate a word like that? I will grateful to get any advice.
