Advice required. What to do after a failed launch in Product Hunt?

Hi,

we are not giving up in advance with Kudu, of course, but most of the times figuring out the worst case situation help us to be prepared and learn the best way.

We have read all the tips and success stories around Product Hunt launches, but we have found very few about mistakes or good post-mortems.

Such a good question. I have no idea what the answer is : ) but I'm interested to know if a 'failed' launch actually hurts the business in any way. I can't imagine it does but I'm sure the fear of that happening stops some Makers from putting themselves out there

@ronanawall I am not sure if positioning or communicate the product in a wrong way can have outputs like wrong feedback or even cause exhaustion, like when you ask for feedback to your friends with a half-backed idea or product
