Switching to Windows from OS X - What calendar apps are you using?

Question

I used to use the native Calendar app on Mac.

I could see all of my calendar's personal email/work email as well as add new events, change events between calendars, etc. All the good things I'm sure you guys are aware of.

I'm wondering if there is a Windows equivalent? How you guys manage multiple calendars?

Outlook (and Office 365) give you this out of the box. I run an Exchange server for my organisation anyway and have 4 Outlook calendars. The trouble is, I'd prefer one pane of glass for all my event, not the 4 separate ones. So I set up my phone to show them all in one place.

This can be done in GMail believe it or not.
