We are a duo but I mostly work on the product.
On weekdays I work in my full-time job, at night working on my side project.
I still work on weekends but I always find time for family and doing some workout.

Hard! I try to keep a schedule- meditate in the morning, take a lunch break, go to the gym for 2 hours in the evening. But everythin gin between is nuts, as I'm working on hardware, software, community, graphics, marketing and everything else.
