Implementing Twilio Chat in our sites.

I need to find time to create a drop and ship chat forms from twilio with the ease of zoho chat. We're using chat interfaces for both public and private (members area and even member-specific chats potentially all on the same page). With zoho this is 30 second easy, with twilio this has proven to be more challenging to even understand their premise for implementation. Has anyone done this, wanna do this, can do this? Best case would be a simple checklist of effort to create a chat form, with a unique id, the permissions of access (public, group, private), and the javascripts to place in a page for both an authorized admin view and user view.
