1. Listen to your customer! Find out what they see as pain points with your product no matter how small 2. Ask them to show you how they're using your product. You might see improvement opportunities that they would never know 3. Show them great examples of how other customers use the product - help them get inspired with great ideas 4. Map out ways you think your customer can benefit from any adjustments or enhancements. 5. Take time to help your customer make improvements. You don’t need to own all the work but act as a guide. If possible, identify internal resources who could spend time to help 6. Check in regularly to make sure your customer is happy If you invest time in your customers not only will your product be used as it's supposed to, but they’ll love you for becoming a trusted resource!
