5 questions about your product

1 What is the name of your product? 2 When did you start developing it? 3 How many people were on the team at the very beginning? 4 How many people are on the team currently? 5 What factors are responsible for the changes in the team size? If the number of people hasn't changed, it's also interesting to know why.

1. FlowMapp (www.flowmapp.com) 2. 2017 3. 5 4. We grow up to (25) → but now we moved to 2-pizza-team again (7). 5. Experiments + switching to outsource. I am a big fan of the idea that the fewer people and the more revenue a company has per 1 person, the cooler the product and more efficient it is to scale!

@mituhin love the idea and agree that fewer people in a sustainable business = better!

@mituhin Technically 7 people are too much for one team. I'd recommend you to segregate it into two different teams, with different focal areas ...

@thomas_hansen5 thanks! What is required here is a clarification of what a "team" is. In the case of FlowMapp, 7 people are the whole "company" :) If we talk about full-stack independent product team I prefer this combination: — Frontend (2) — Backend (1) — Product design (1) — Analyst (1) — Product Marketing (strategy, content, social) (3)

@akanksha_hunts That's great! Let's see what happens in 2024! I launched Relolib alone in 2022, and after that my cor team expanded to 6 people, and shrunk to 2. We do a non-profit service, so people come to us as volunteers.
