MVP next Steps

Hello guys, So I have a rough MVP website done up for my side project (www.lunabelleco.com) the idea is to gather as many user sign ups before pitching it to any possible investors. I have read that this much of a MVP site is enough to gather users and pitch to angel investors/seed investors. The question is, if you guys think that developing a demo would be worthwhile and if so, if anyone has any recommendations for a full-stack developer that can help me develop the demo (most likely hard-coded) for a good price? I'm a recent graduate so money is a little thin. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks
