Customer Feedback Program?

Hi, all. I'm new here, so please excuse me if this topic doesn't work. I've gotten the go-ahead to create a new customer feedback program at our organization. Anyone got any tips or do's/don'ts based on previous experience? This will span from product feedback to support feedback, sales feedback, etc.-- it will be comprehensive program (not just product-focused).


Do you have budget to invest in SAAS tools that can help you with this ? e.g. designing surveys from scratch and collecting data. I'm thinking SurveyMonkey for example. I would say start with the team's performance metrics and design questions that help you determine how you are performing on those from each stakeholder's perspective. Tie in your company values, too.
