Assign tasks in a simple chat interaction. Useful app?

Hello Hunters, Do you guys think there will be space for another chat app on your phones, if it offered a bit more than your existing options? We developed a chat application called Azyner where you can plan activities, assign tasks, track progress and so on like in a project management tool. All this can be done in a chat screen with another user or a group of users just like sending a text message. The goal is to give users a much simpler solution than conventional project management tools when their projects are less complex than the management tools out there.
