What are the best tools to reduce employee travel expenses? flight, hotels, Airbnb, ..etc.

This is going to come across as bias, but it's foundational thinking for startups. Introduce and utilise Video Meeting software (aka video conferencing) as first preference over travel. This preference will depend on why your employees need to travel, if its sales related (probably a must need to travel scenario) then I think airbnb, lyft/uber and kayak.com a your best bet.
