What is the best tool for planning a marketing calendar and schedule to post on social platforms

I am looking for a tool where myself & my team can plan content and publish it to social media on the same platform. We are looking for something like Trello so we can break up sections for example "things to do" > "Doing" > "Done" > but I would like the option to publish direct to social media like how Buffer. Anything like that out there?
