Where can we discuss random new ideas on PH?

Like many of you all, I'll sometimes get a random idea and get hyped about it. Then I'll hit up a friend who's an expert in the space surrounding that idea for their thoughts. But, usually, I don't quite have a friend who is able to help. For example, I had an idea related to solar power. I'm emailing random people in my area who work w/ solar power - but it's quite the task! Is there a place on PH where you can post an idea and get feedback on it from particular people within the space of the idea?
