Non-tech: anyone experiencing difficulty covering rent during C19?

Hi PH folks! C19 has affected all of us in different ways. Unfortunately many people were laid off due to C19 and without a safety net, are not able to cover their rent payments. Any of you working with your landlords on solving for missed rent payments or vice-versa (working with your tenants)? Thanks!
