If so, what do you do to get out of your funk and be productive again?

I think most people do. Breaking up routines and exposing oneself to new people or environments can help.

I usually take a break, go for a walk, go see my friends, play guitar or watch a very silly show to rest my brain!

Definitely. Going somewhere new, going offline or just taking a proper break often help fix this for me!

Aside from taking breaks and walking around (away from the computer), one hack that works for me is stepping back and thinking about the simple things I'm grateful for. Being able to breathe, having two legs to walk, a job that I love, etc. Just helps with level-setting on how privileged I am to be alive.
