What do you look for in a travel blog? Do you use them at all?

There are so many disastrous travel blogs out there, I'm wondering if anyone on PH finds them useful? Are there any go tos outside of the big OTAs (Expedia, Kayak, etc.)

CultureTrip is amazing! They even have an app where you can curate their recommendations and articles and save the places you want to visit when you're on vacation.
