I wish Alexa had an autonomous intercom (to detect when you are not loud enough)

Many family members have to repeat themselves, when speaking to one another from different rooms. I wish the following were possible: 1. to detect that the person speaking is not loud enough. 2. Determine whose they are speaking and where they are in the house. 3. Determine if another echo device is close enough to relay the statement. 4. If found relay the statement, else send statement In form of text e.g. said ... I normally have to do it and it is a headache
