How do you keep employees when you can only pay in equity?

If anyone can help, please let me know how they keep on software engineers longer than a week or two when you can only pay them in equity and promise compensation once a seed round is completed.


You have to find people who are motivated to work on the idea, and ensure you are creating other incentives apart from cash that make them want to stay. When folks quit - interview them and ask them why and take the feedback on board.
