Depends! You always have to give something away for free especially in the space my company is in, consulting and training. But I have the advantage of being able to adjust pricing based on the client.
1- Always give something free to let customers taste your product 2- No more than 2 pricing, otherwise it would be hard to choose 3- Give space for promotions to have customer loyalty Hope this help.

@aboubakr_mekhatria we used to have a free trial, but we decided that we want more people to try our product and have an ability to communicate with customers that's why we're here with our free live chat. We'll see what's going to be next:)
