Best subscription payments service for non-US companies or individuals?

We all know Stripe and Braintree but these are limited for US (some other countries) registered companies. As I am an individual from India, Is there any service where I can receive my International payments without registering a company in US.

You can go for either Paypal or Razorpay. Paypal charges more fees & Razorpay has high failure rate for international payments.
