a podcast is my favorite. a quick question: what do you mean by 30-day challenge? how can you make a side project out of a challenge? would be more helpful if you shared little detail.

1-person agency and a blog. I'm an introvert, trying to be more social. But these 2 project ideas is where I would excel, if I had to start over.
I will start with 1 -person agency helping 1 client to be successful first, then will move onto more scalable options.

These are all great. As a no code founder, I do feel obligated to mention that it's now possible to build many software products without any coding as well! But no need to overcomplicate things if they don't need an 'app' :)
