Team lead at Atoms. I work on the boring but important parts: direction, trade-offs, and making sure the AI doesn’t just ship demos, but real businesses. Before Atoms I spent years exploring multi-agent systems and how AI teams should “think” and collaborate. Now I’m trying to prove that an AI-native company can out-ship a human one.
