This is one of those ideas where the possibilities are endless and the appetite is boundless. Which makes it a wonderfully difficult idea to implement. Best of luck, I would love to see someone pull this off effectively. Your main enemy will be the diversity of feedback you'll get from users on what they want, so make sure you're cut throat and attentive in equal measure.

Hey PH! This is something we've been building on the side at Kivo. We found moving out of Gmail very hard when it comes to sharing documents, but were sick of downloading attachments, opening to view and uploading to Kivo for feedback. So are trying to cut out the extra steps with Send. Also, it's been interesting to see when people actually open something you send them! Would love all...
