About
I'm Yurinchi, an indie developer based in Japan. I'm building TaskFlow — a lightweight team task manager for small dev teams (roughly 2–8 people). Real-time Kanban, list, and tree views; the project owner subscribes once and invited members get Pro features — no per-seat headache. The stack is Next.js, Supabase, and Stripe. The product UI is in English and Japanese because I work with both. I'm still early and learning in public. Feedback and blunt honesty on PH help more than polite silence — I'll read every comment I can and ship fixes on weekends. Goals: keep TaskFlow boringly reliable, fast, and fair for tiny teams with one person holding the budget. Outside of shipping: I have limited time (mostly weekends), so I optimise for small, steady progress — not hype cycles.
