Just like personal trainer it also mentions about how much weight or how many reps or sets to perform based on the fitness level.. and it also shows how much calories burned by performing each workout..

Daily I am getting assigned new workouts... And it covers different body parts for whole week.. each workout have detailed instructions about how to perform..

Yes it asks for preferences of what type of diet i prefer and also have survey if have any allergies.. and the suggested diet plans are perfect as it excludes all allergic ingredients..
