Thanks for sharing this. At what point did you realise things were going off track, and from that moment, how long did it take you to fully pivot? More specifically, did you actually sense something was wrong earlier but kept pushing forward out of hope, only stopping once the evidence became too overwhelming to ignore? Also, good for you and your team pushing through the pivot!
