I started JobMinglr because I believe applying for jobs should be easier, faster, and more human. Job seekers should not have to spend hours filling out the same forms over and over, and employers should not have to sort through disconnected systems just to find people who are actually interested. My background is in technology, infrastructure, security, and startup operations. I have worked across network engineering, cloud systems, software development, and product strategy, which gave me a clear view of how complicated hiring technology can become. With JobMinglr, my goal is to make that experience simpler for both sides.
