I am a frequent user of Intercom bots and this visual bot builder is one of many things Intercom lacks. Hope you can export results of bot surveys directly to CRM. Anyway, Kudos on the progress, @roman_eaton :)

Guys, that's a great idea. Can it be used for orders that a client generates outside of platforms – e.g. with Google Ads + own website/app?

I have not heard about the product before seeing it on PH, but will definitely give it a try and show it to my CTO.
