About

I build spaces where users can ask questions, break stuff, and give honest product feedback without feeling ignored. I believe a product's biggest advantage is a strong happy community. I’m here on Product Hunt to connect with builders, test community platforms, and upvote clever tools.

Why does losing a monthly subscriber hurt way more than getting a bounce?

In the beginning, you celebrate every single sign-up like crazy. But after a while getting a notification that someone canceled their subscription feels like a direct gut punch.

We looked through our exit feedback recently and almost nobody left because of bugs or broken features they just stopped opening the app. It's wild how hard it is to actually bake your tool into someone's daily routine. If you've been running a product for a while, does the anxiety around churn ever actually calm down or do you just get used to it?

Let your voice agent actually do things, like check an order or save a lead

A voice agent that can only talk is not enough. Customers want results: "Where is my order?" "Update my address."

Custom tools connect your agent to your own systems. You can set one up by pasting an example request from your API's docs, and the platform fills in the rest, including when the agent should use it and what it needs to ask the caller.

  • Works with the services you already use.

  • Pull information from the answer and use it later in the call.

  • Control which agents can use which tools.

What is the first thing you would want your agent to do for you?

Do you treat feature requests from free users and paid customers equally?

We learned this the hard way after spending weeks building a complex integration that our most active, non-paying community members kept asking for.

Once it shipped, none of them actually used it while our paying subscribers were quietly dealing with basic bugs we hadn't fixed yet. It's so easy to get distracted by loud voices on forums who want everything for free but at the end of the day paying customers have totally different priorities.

How do you decide whose feedback actually makes it onto your product roadmap?
