It has always been such a pain for both employees and admin to manage internal ticketing. I'v witnessed many 100+ people companies handling all the internal requests on Slack directly or by Email... Siit has pulled up what every company should have: a dedicated employee helpdesk. Plus, the new AI features makes it even easier for employees to get the answer they are looking for. Great stuff...
