I use zoom for external calls. Zoom is one of the best product for communication. it support large number of audience and provide break-out room feature which is very much useful for training sessions.

Tons of customizability. You can spend hours building the website you want. Not the most friendly platform for non-technical users.

I use Udemy as my day to day learning platform. I find courses for every relevant subject to my professional domains. The best part is that it can be accessed from any kind of device and you are download the courses for offline access. I would recommend udemy to all my fellow professionals.

I use JIRA extensively for the program and project management. While it’s great for tracking tasks and integrating with other tools, its complexity can be frustrating. The learning curve was steep, and setup takes time. Once familiar, it works well but lacks user-friendliness. Overall, it’s useful but cumbersome.

Intuitive UI and a variety of views so you can clearly see what everyone is working on.

I used Trello sometimes for the work. It makes work much more organized. They have taken care of user experience and it is easy to sort through tasks there.

I use MS Teams extensively for one of my project. It is one of best product for communication. The only concern I have is the application uses a lot of memory of the system.
