Hi, maker here! The more I used GIF's for displaying project progress, screenshots, demo's and other things online, the more I wanted a fast simple way to make them myself and also be able to revisit and modify them later on without starting from scratch. Hi, maker here. I responded to a request for product on Twitter for a modern file renaming app on Windows 10, and this is the result. You can mix and match from multiple rename procedures (stringing multiple together) and even finish up with some individual file edits if you like before committing your save. At it's heart; Year in Pixels is a year calendar broken up into a grid appearance of Months down the side and days along the top. Maybe it isn't ground breaking in tech or design but I hope it can help people. You can colour each 'Pixel' (Cell) to mark something about that day....

Because who can say, hand on heart, that we do this well now! Similar to Pre Deployment and User Acceptance Testing, we have this tendency to make this too hard or too foreboding for the target people to use. Then, it doesn't get done.
