Online video conferencing application, to start with. Gradually it will become more of a context driver communication tool rather than a generic meeting place.

It is tricky. Usually it works when people who join initially are self-motivated and that's a tough find. One idea is to just start building, people can join at a later stage as well. With time, you'll get a good number of them in the team. Waiting it out is not ideal.

Continuing to work on my video conferencing application (to start with : ) ) It was really annoying to sometimes get dropped after 40/60 minute mark while having an important discussion. Thought I build one for myself, Convonet Going well so far. Have to work on some additional features and a refactored back-end.

Few months back, got dropped out of a Zoom call, wasn't the first time, in the middle of an important discussion. Decided to build myself an online video conferencing application which won't put an arbitrary time limit at least. I get the argument of the bandwidth cost, its better to simply ask for it beyond a certain usage. For instance in this case, up to 8 participants will always be free...
