Great app to keep communications focussed in different channels. The free version has almost no limitations, except it only keeps 3 months of history. You can store important things in a canvas and keep track of meeting notes. I use Save/Reminders a lot, as they allow you to get to those great messages and ideas at a later date.
There are no alternatives that come to mind. All messaging apps lack these features.
All-in-all a great app and highly recommended!
