What's great
This is definitely the best mind map tool I have ever used. As a designer, I particularly appreciate its UI and interaction design. It has never disappointed me.
What needs improvement
I am always struggling with the hotkeys like "Drag" or "Zoom in/out", because I also use other design apps, I wonder if there is a way to change the hotkey.

Are export formats (PDF, PNG, OPML, Markdown) high quality?
Not really, it's takes money to export without watermark.
