I am not very computer savy and I was a bit intimidated by the setup. It turned out I had downloaded the incorrect version of the app. A call to tech support and a few minutes of coaching and I had the camera and all of the functions up and running. GREAT PRODUCT WITH GREAT TECH SUPPORT !!!!!
