I know some people have not given this company a good rating, but this has not been my experience. In fact, we would not be without it. We've been staying in our camper, in Florida, for 6 years. While its been a ton of fun, we wouldn't be so happy without our Waggle. Charlie, our beloved Cavaton, is kept safe with our Waggle, and when we go out, we have much more fun because of the peace of mind Waggle gives us. The other day, our Waggle earned every penny we've ever spent on it. It saved Charlie's life. The power in our camper went out. We were at the beach on a 95 degree day.

We got the warning notice, rushed home. It was 100 degrees in the camper. Charlie was panting horribly.

We got the AC back on, and he was saved.

Please trust me when I tell you this product, and their outstanding customer service, is worth the little bit we spend each year for the service.

I bought the 4g mini camera for when we are camping to keep an eye on our boy. It works great!! It has built in internet and I never had any connection issues. The camera has many options for setting up or mounting. You can also make it move side to side from the app. It is rechargeable and the battery lasts long. It was easy to set up and use. It really gives you peace of mind for your fur babies.

We were very disappointed and underwhelmed with this product. It caused us more headaches and grief than actual help. We purchased it right before leaving for a couple of weeks on the road in our RV and expected it to be a huge help to us. NOT!! It consistently showed the inside temp of the RV to be significantly higher than what our reliable thermometer in the RV showed. It also indicated that the air quality in the RV was fair to moderate at best, which is also not accurate. We have a carbon dioxide detector/monitor that says everything is just fine. We plan to return this to Amazon this week and get a full refund. I will purchase a more reliable brand elsewhere.
