Great work guys. I added around 50 leads an hour ago and the agent is sweet chatting them as I'm writing this. Very funny to watch. Dashboard is great and I love that it writes appropriate comments as well. Seems that it takes the Knowledge base very seriously, maybe would be good to have some sort of a guidance how to use that better.
